7. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are typically processed by the next business day after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Canada Xpresspost shipping which takes 2-3 business days nationally.
Free shipping may be offered on qualifying orders as indicated on the Site.
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
If you encounter a delivery issue, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can assist.
8. Returns & Refunds
Returns may be accepted within 50 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, items must be one of the following:

• Incorrect order
To request a return, email service@pepuralabs.ca with your order number and reason for the return.
Once approved, return instructions will be provided.
Refunds are typically issued within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (such as incorrect order or damaged items).
